Julia Bullock, a participant in the Young Concert Artists programme in New York (2012), is to appear at the Merkin Concert Hall (New York) and at the Kennedy Center (Washington). Her repertoire includes the roles: Suzanna (Mozart’s Le nozze di Figaro), Monica (Menotti’s
The Medium), Vixen SharpEars (Janáček’s The Cunning Little Vixen), The Child (Ravel’s L’enfant et les sortilèges) and Pamina (Mozart’s Die
Zauberflöte, Peter Brook’s production).
Her musical interests include both rarely performed compositions
from the past and works by contemporary composers. As well as being a graduate of the Young Concert Artists programme (New York, 2012) she has also won numerous awards and prizes. She is currently studying at the Juilliard School.
